What the association offers to its members

The membership in the voluntary professional association BHRMDA is regularized with article 9- 11 of the Statute:

MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION:

Article 9. The members of the association can be of legal age, efficient local and international physical bodies and corporate bodies with professional activity or object of action, in relation to HRMD, who share the aims and missions of the association and accept the current statute.

THE ORIGIN OF THE MEMBERSHIP

Article 10. (1) The membership in the association comes with the submission of an application to the President of the Managing Board and after an approval from the Managing Board. The membership is valid after a payment of the membership due, following the norms, established by Managing Board. It is necessary to attach to the application for membership a declaration, confirming that the candidate accepts the statute and the code of conduct of the association.

(2) The application for membership is brought in to be considered by the Managing Board, by the President of the Managing Board, within no longer than 1 (one) month from the date of submission in the association.

(3) The Managing Board can confirm the membership in the association or reject it. The decision making is completed following this statute.

(4) The members of the association are its founders, as well as the accepted ones following this statute by the General assembly or by the Managing Board.

DISCONTINUATION OF THE MEMBERSHIP

Article 11. (1) The membership in the association is discontinued voluntary with a written request, addressed to the Managing Board of the association.

(2) With the discontinuation of the membership, the resigning one has to complete their obligations to the association that have risen before the discontinuation of the membership.

(3) The membership in the association can be discontinued under compulsion, through exclusion, when malpractice of the statute of the association and the etiquette is committed.

(4) The membership is discontinued automatically, when a failure to pay the membership due following the norms, established by the Managing Board occurs.

(5) With resignation and discontinuation of the membership, the resigning body pays up the owed membership due up to the discontinuation date, as well as extra Association’s expenses, completed due to the resigning body’s unscrupulous activity, established and confirmed with the Managing Board’s written statement.

Internal rules for payment of the membership due /Accepted at a conference of the Managing Board of BHRMDA from 19.03.2009/

Payment of the membership due for the current year up to April 30^th;
At the end of month May, a reminder is being send to the payers (via email);
Discontinuation of the membership of the ones, who haven’t paid until the end of month October;

The rules above are valid for members with an existing membership to the beginning of the current year.

Individual membership due

I. Individual membership: You can look through and obtain the individual application for membership form here.

- For members of BHRMDA, with an existing membership, who have paid their membership due for the preceding year, the membership due is 80.00 leva

- For new members:

1. For the working ones, the entrance fee is 50.00 leva

Membership due:

- m. January – December – 80.00 leva

- m. April – December – 60.00 leva

- m. July – December – 40.00 leva

- m. October – December – 20.00 leva

2. For full-time students, the entrance fee is 10.00 leva

Membership due for non-working students, after presentment of a certificate from the higher educational institution:

- m. January – December – 40.00 leva

- m. April – December – 30.00 leva

- m. July – December – 20.00 leva

- m. October – December – 10.00 leva

Entrance fee – 100.00 leva /exempted are firms, whose personnel used to be individual members/.

Note: An unlimited number of personnel of the firm can take participation in BHRMDA events /seminars, conferences/ - corporate member, under the tariffs, stipulated for members of the association.

Note: The membership due is calculated from the trimester, in which the candidate is accepted for BHRMDA member. The cost is without VAT.

The association offers to its members:

- Contacts – We give an opportunity to create a network of contacts with professionals in the human resource area;

- Educational program – We organize working meetings, seminars, discussions, round tables, lead by professional lectors, aiming the development of professional knowledge and skills;

- National conferences with international participation – Implemented is an annual summer conference and an autumn forum with the participation of experienced Bulgarian and international lectors on current issues about the development and management of human resources;

- Bulletin – You receive a free subscription for the month edition of the association with current news and topics from the development and management of human resources area and the association’s activities;

- Library – Available are books and periodical literature in the area of human resources management;

- Discounts – You receive discounts for participation in all the events organized by the association, as well as with the purchase of professional literature, that the association offers;

- Club activity – We give an opportunity to exchange experience, meetings with professionals with common interests through participation in the clubs formed in the association: “Young expert in HRMD”, Representatives of the academic community club, regional and branch clubs and others;

- Website – At present, BHRMDA is developing a new website, that will offer more services to its members; currently active website: bhrmda.orbitel.bg

- Probation – The association is also an intermediary between different programs and educational institutions and business organizations;

- Popularize – We introduce You to new products in the human resources area and modern management methods through seminars, advertising materials, articles in daily papers and the association’s bulletin;

- Professional appearance of the members – The association is in partnership with Bulgarian professional printed editions and gives the opportunity to publish articles, aiming to share efficient practices and knowledge in the human resources area. Appearance can be made through participation in seminars and working meetings as lectors and consultants. Every initiative supporting the association’s activity is welcomed;

- Advertisement – We offer the service “distribution of advertising messages and materials to all the members of the association electronically”.
