The General Assembly is the supreme managing body of the Association. All members of BHRMDA participate in it – individual as well as corporate.The activity of the General Assembly, its functions, rights and obligations are described in Art. 13 -21 o fBHRMDAStatute.
The Managing Board is the body that manages and represents the Association. Its is elected by the General Assembly for a period of three years. All functions, rights and obligations of the Managing Board are described in Art. 22 – 24 of BHRMDA Statute.

The Financial Supervision Committee is the body that controls the financial activity and the expenses in accordance with the budget accepted by the General Assembly. The election, the responsibilities and the activities of the Financial Supervision Committee are regulated in BHRMDA Statute, Art. 25
