Dear colleagues,
BHRMDA is starting HR Academy 2010 at the beginning of February.
With this new activity of the Association we intend to insure knowledge succession and professional development of the HR society and thereby to raise the HR function to a strategic level. The 21 trainings divided in 5 thematic modules
The 21 trainings will give you the opportunity to gain competences in concrete HR spheres, better recognition of the problems and challenges, certainty as a business partner, professional contacts, opportunities for development.
Guarantee for the high quality of the trainings in the BHRMDA HR Academy is the joint work of the working group of 15 HR professionals, members of the Association, who defined the training theams , the criteria for selection of the training organizations and price policy.
The trainers have been selected by a committee with members Miglena Ouzounova-Tsekova, member of Managing Board, Jenina Jileva, member of the Managing Board and Genoveva Bakardjieva, Executive Director of BHRMDA.
The participants will receive certificates from BHRMDA
We afford to the organizations that would like to support the project and to advertise their activities by the HR Training Academy the opportunities – sponsors packages
