Activities
BHRMDA organizes different workshops and round tables in Human Resources sphere. The association circulates a monthly electronic bulletin for news and actual information on HR topics.
Every year BHRMDA organizes conferences with international participation, where renowned Bulgarian and foreign practitioners, consultants, researchers and specialists in HR field share their experience and good practices.
BHRMDA and its members take active part in many HR projects and surveys on national and international level. Several clubs are built up in the frames of the Association: Club of the academic representatives, HR Strategic and development club, Young HR club, HR in IT sphere club, Public Administration club, regional clubs. The aim of the Association and the club members is to popularize new findings, research results and real practices in HR sphere.
The annual HR Awards take important place in BHRMDA activity. Since 2002 the Awards have been bestowed for successfully realized projects and practices in the sphere of Human Resources Management and Development.
